Half a day hire is 4 hours and a full day is 7 hours.

Payment will be made in cash to the deliverer driver prior to set up, you will be provided with an original invoice on day of delivery.

Yes just call our friendly staff to make a small deposit of $50.00 minimum by credit card or send a cheque/money order made out to All 4 fun jumping castles 7 days prior to your event.

Most of our castles will fit on a 5m x 5m area but you can check each castle’s dimensions on our website, or by calling our office.

Almost any type of floor as long as there is not much of a slope.

Each castle is different in height so please check jumping castles’ dimensions on our website, or call our office.

We will have no problems delivering and setting up if you have at least 90 cm clearance between the access path, and if there are any obstructions such as air-con, water heaters etc. on the way.

At least a minimum of 50cm to 100 cm back and sides, front minimum 100 cm to 150 cm.

Yes of course we have 20,000,000.00 Public Liability and 20,000,000.00 Products Liability. A copy of our certificate of currency is available here.

Depending of the arrangements made between yourself and All 4 Fun Jumping Castles, in some cases we may need to deliver the jumping castle much earlier than your party starts, but in most cases our staff will deliver 30 min prior to your start time.

Only whilst in use. If you prefer to switch it off when not in use you may. The jumping castle will only take less than a minute to re-inflate.However when turning the power off please make sure that there is nothing in the way of the castle that may damage it as it collapse’s forward.

Yes somebody over the age of 18 yrs old will need to supervise at all times.

Our jumping castles hold between 8 to 10 children all under the age of 12 years however it also depends on the jumping castle you are hiring. The responsible adult supervising the children will also need to make sure an appropriate mix of children are on the castle at any given time.

Yes most jumping castles do have shower and sun cover to protect the the jumping castle from the heat in summer time however in the event of rain the cover does help however it is not 100% water prove therefore you are best to keep your eye out on the forecast for the day of your party.

Customers are responsible for any damage to the castle caused by misuse or negligence and damage charges apply for the cost of repairs. Our jumping Castles get professionally cleaned and disinfected on a weekly basis by Atlas Cleaning Services. Customers must check that the castle is in a clean state prior to pick up. A $50.00 cleaning fee applies if  the jumping castle needs to be additionally cleaned after your hire.

Avoid bringing into the jumping castle anything that may cause damage or mess. The main things are: Shoes, sharp objects, streamers, silly strings, children with face painting, food and drinks. All of those things will damage the castle in some way (staining or tearing the vinyl). Please be very careful as you will be charge for the cost of any repairs.

In the event of Cancellation minimum 24 hours prior to your party, unfortunately we keep your $50.00 deposit. However if you choose to cancel on the day of your event or party,! regardless if our jumping castle has arrived to your property or not YOU WILL BE HELD LIABLE FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT DUE.
